Delivery Policy:

1. We take 3-7 days to deliver depending on the proximity of the address from our storage units.
2. You can deposit the amount in our Bank and we shall send you the product. We do not have COD option for now yet.
3. Email and an SMS will be sent to you once the product is shipped. You can also track your product on out Courier partner website.

Refund Policy:

1. In case of incorrect delivery please send us a order number and photo of the parcel delivered in 24 hrs of the delivery
2. Product with broken seals will not be taken back. Please WhatsApp / Call us on +91-7304000425 or email to hello@muhana.in to book the return
3. In the event of failed delivery there will be extra delivery charges to resend the product.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Incase you want to cancel the product, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation + Order Number’ within one hours of your order.
